
Happy New Year!
It has certainly been a while since we last spoke. I hope you are all well and have enjoyed a wonderfully peaceful, joyful and festive Christmas period.
It’s at this time of year when you will see people and ‘influencers’ bombarding you with new lifestyle changes, must-have gadgets and routines that will set you up as a completely new person. It can be overwhelming; setting you up to an anxious start as soon as Big Ben rings in the New Year. Who wants that?!
I have made a conscious decision to be gentle with myself. I don’t normally set New Year resolutions, but this year, I have created a ‘Bingo’ sheet of things I would like to do/achieve. Nothing dramatic, nothing spectacular – just small, mindful things I would like to keep in mind as we start off 2025, nothing definitive.
I hope to be posting a little more regularly here, introducing new brands, new science, new experiences, poetry and of course, more ramblings in 2025.
